Flight on Pedra Bonita Ramp in São Conrado, Rio de Janeiro

 

Gateway to free flight in Brazil, the ramp is located in the São Conrado neighborhood, which is the starting point for various outdoor activities, such as hiking, trails, abseiling, hang gliding, kitesurfing and mountain biking. This characterizes it as a great shopping adventure.

 

São Conrado is one of the most sophisticated spots in the city, with a shopping center, restaurants, clubs and luxury condominiums. The flight site is located on the main access road, where around 250,000 vehicles pass daily.

 

The free flight in Pedra Bonita is one of the most sought after tourist programs in the city and, in high season, there are about 1200 double flights per month, with tourists from all over the world.

 

Right after the meeting point, our tour passes by Clube São Conrado de Voo Livre, where visitors are registered. After that, with the team car, we went up the road to Canoas in São Conrado, in a trip of approximately 15 minutes, all the time traveling with the Tijuca Forest around us.

We then arrive at the Pedra Bonita parking lot, the starting point for various activities within the Tijuca Forest. After another 3 minutes of walking, we will arrive at the take-off ramp, which is at one end of Pedra Bonita.

We begin a brief instruction, where all the necessary actions for our flight will be given. 

After takeoff, we will fly calmly over Pedra Bonita, Tijuca Forest, Pedra da Gávea, Golf de São Conrado, Praia do Pepino, and sometimes, in special weather conditions, we can even fly over Corcovado. Flight on the City Park Ramp, Niterói

 

Located in one of the best spots to contemplate a unique landscape in Niterói, the Parque da Cidade Ramp, which was recently completely renovated, is located at the top of Morro da Viração, with a difference in level of 270 meters. The station has runways on both sides: one ramp faces Charitas beach, with takeoff in the North quadrant, and the other ramp faces Piratininga Lagoon, with takeoff in the South quadrant. It offers, in addition to the Carioca landscape, a beautiful panorama of the Oceanic Region of Niterói.

On site there is a natural spring and a gazebo. From there you can have a panoramic view of the Lagoons of Piratininga and Itaipu; the beaches of Piratininga, Itaipu and Camboinhas; the neighborhoods of São Francisco, Jurujuba, Charitas and Icaraí, among others; Guanabara Bay, in all its extension; and the open sea as far as the eye can see. Apart from the great pleasure of being surrounded by greenery, right in the center of a metropolitan area.

Flight on the São Vicente Park Ramp, Petrópolis

 

The place is the most beautiful viewpoint in the city of Petrópolis, much sought after for its unique look, with a panoramic view of the city of Rio de Janeiro.

Just below the take-off ramp is the Nas Nuvens Restaurant, famous for harmoniously and charmingly integrating with Nature, in the most beautiful point of the mountain range.

The flight in this location is carried out over the Tinguá Biological Reserve and the BR 040 - access road to the mountainous region, one of the postcards of the region - and provides the visitor with relaxation and appreciation of Nature. Next to the ramp are Casa do Alemão and Pavelka, obligatory stops for cariocas who go to Itaipava and Araras on weekends.
