SIV Paragliding Course

Water safety training (SIV)

The ActionFly Team is proud to offer its students a partnership with the best water safety course team in Brazil, Acrowings, led by instructor Renato Lopes, absolute champion of the acrobatics rank in Brazil and recognized worldwide.

Training begins with a reserve course – a great differential that the team adapted in training, where pilots will receive oral, visual, and practical teaching transmission, thus preparing the pilot physically and psychologically for the launch of the emergency parachute , one of the first procedures to master.

When we talk about security, your reserve must be constantly doubled, checked and, above all, have the mastery and knowledge of how to trigger it. The moment to activate it, how to fold it, how to retract it, how to land it, all this under favorable conditions, will be dealt with throughout the course.

Right after the reservation course, we initiate the transmission of the preparatory theoretical teaching for carrying out the exercises proposed by the safety training, this teaching transmission is based on the method, videos, video-classes and theoretical classes.

After the theoretical and visual description of the maneuvers and how to perform them, leaving no doubt about the theoretical question of the exercises, some techniques for visualization of the exercises will be given. Once the exercise is mentally visible, you will be ready to put all the theory and visualization of the maneuver into practice.

Important for the pilot to test his skills safely and raise his technical level. It is a preparation that will bring greater knowledge and reflection to situations of turbulence in flight.

Module 1 – Towage course (free flight) – 3 takeoffs;

Module 2 – Simulation of collapses, B Stoll, lateral and frontal pendulum – 3 take-offs;

Module 3 – Stoll control, Full stoll and fly back – 3 takeoffs;

Module 4 – Positive spiral, asymmetrical spiral, wing over – 3 takeoffs;

Module 5 – SPIN (negatives) – 3 takeoffs;

Module 6 – Checking, folding and launching of emergency parachutes – 1 takeoff;

Packages for groups with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 pilots. Available for weekends and holidays.

Module 1 + 2 – Taking advantage of the same takeoffs – Towing course (free flight) Simulation of collapses, B Stall, lateral and frontal pendulum – 3 takeoffs;

Module 1 + 2 + 3 – Taking advantage of the same takeoffs – Towing course (free flight) – Simulation of collapses, B Stall, lateral and frontal pendulum – control of stoll, Full stoll and fly back – 5 takeoffs;

Module 4 + 5 + 6 – Positive spiral, asymmetrical spiral, wing over, SPIN (negative), Checking, folding and emergency parachute launch – 5 takeoffs;

Module 3 + 5 + 6 – Stoll control, Full stoll and fly back, – SPIN (negative), Checking, folding and emergency parachute launch – 5 takeoffs;
